Return Policy

At RootSQuaRe, how a return works depends on which line a piece belongs to.

Foundation — simple and flexible. Foundation pieces are made for everyday life, and returns should feel just as easy. You have 30 days from delivery to return an unworn Foundation item in its original condition for a full refund or exchange. No hoops, no hassle.

Ritual — a considered return. Each Ritual piece is created once and never repeated, so we ask for a short reflection period before a return is finalised. If a Ritual piece isn't right for you, contact us within 14 days of delivery to begin the process; we'll ask you to take a moment to confirm the decision before the return is processed. This isn't a barrier, it's part of how we treat pieces that were never meant to be ordinary.
